Bear Boarding Kennels

Cheltenham GL54 3BT, UK – 07912 179937

Digby our miniature schnauzer adores Alex who runs bear boarding kennels and I love taking him there as I can see what he's been up to in the day via the Facebook page so I don't miss him too much - highly recommend

Our little mini schnauzer Digby goes here for daycare everyday in the week whilst we are at work and he loves it! He gets to see Alex (one of his favourite humans) who takes him out into the beautiful cotswolds countryside every day and he gets to play with all his doggy pals there - couldn't ask for a better service. Far better than anywhere we have tried previously and amazing value for money - highly recommend

Folly Farm Camping

Folly Farm House, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham GL54 3BY, UK – 01451 820285

Great location, lovely staff. Basic facilities but no complaints regarding cleanliness. I felt a bit hard done by having to pay an additional £1 for a shower - with a family of four over a 3 night stay this soon added up. Staff tell us that the new shower block (which is under construction) will feature showers at no extra charge. We were initially allocated a pitch over looking fields, which would have been nice but we asked to switch to a spot in among the trees near the house and this was so much nicer than the regimented lines of tents/caravans in the newer part of the site. We would (and probably will) stay here again.

Great little site. Made to feel very welcome by the attentive owners who took the time to chat with us each day. Facilities were kept clean, new building is nearing completion and will no doubt be great. Will definitely be returning.

Naunton Downs Golf Club

Naunton, Cheltenham GL54 3AE, UK – 01451 850092

An interesting mature course with some tricky holes. Nice wide fairways mean you can have a good swing at most drives. £25 for 4-ball is a decent price.

Lovely challenging course with beautiful views. Friendly staff and members

The Hollow Bottom

Excellent, friendly service and great food. The portions were huge and reasonably priced for what you get. The staff couldn't be any more helpful. Would highly recommend.
